Our day began with a Visual Design Thinking lesson, where our instructor, Professor William Scott, unleashed our creativity by encouraging us to come up with mind map about a penny and writing our own fairy tales.  He also demonstrated his impressive art skills by teaching us how to draw 3D shapes making use of different perspectives.  We were truly impressed by his brilliant sketches of shapes on the whiteboard, using colored markers only. After this lesson, we learnt the importance of creativity and how each and every one of us had the ability to be creative and come up with different ideas.
After lunch, we headed to the Stanford med school where we were very impressed by the facilities. Our visit to the Hoover Tower was definitely worth it. The panoramic view from the 14th floor of Hoover Tower was fascinating.  However, it was little disappointing  that our tour was rather short and we needed more time to really discover the history behind it.  Despite that, we had a nice time admiring the mesmerizing view of the campus from such a high vantage point on Hoover Tower.

Once back from our trip to the Hoover Tower, we returned to our residence and made tie-dye T-shirts.  Although we messed up the floor and stained our own clothes, we enjoyed the activity a lot as it allowed us to discover our talent in art and apply it on making creative tie-dye patterns.
